With two additional optional one year contract periods.
All candidates must possess reliability clearance.
Other Requirements: None The ideal candidate will have:: a minimum of 5 years experience, within the last 10 years working in identifying and analyzing business problems and requirements, and making strategic recommendations. Must include data gathering techniques, information models, process models, service models, application models and prority settinga minimum of 3 months experience with project planning and managementexperience conducting the analysis and creating process, activity and data modelsexperience preparing briefing material and delivering presentations to senior level managers
